Carrier Global Corporation is an American multinational heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and fire and security equipment corporation based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Founded in 1915, the company has expanded to include commercial refrigeration, food service equipment, and fire and security technologies. As of 2022, it reported revenues of $20.4 billion, employed over 52,000 people, and served customers in 160 countries across six continents. After being acquired by United Technologies in 1979, Carrier was spun off as an independent public company in 2020.
